Really enjoyed our holiday.
Really enjoyed the cruise, especially having three days in a hotel in Barbados which was lovely.
A very comfortable inside cabin near the lifts which we thought might be noisy but actually wasn't and was very conveniently situated. A bigger ship than we'd been used to but it was generally well organised and service was good. It was our first time in the Caribbean and we visited some lovely ports and the beaches were amazing. The food on board was good with a wide choice of speciality restaurants. Entertainment was varied and of a good standard. Prices on board were reasonable and in sterling with no added service charges on top. All in all, a very good value and enjoyable cruise.

Had a wonderful holiday. Excellent service throughout, staff all very helpful and attentive; especially Gifford who looked after me at every mealtime for my gluten free menu and nothing was a problem if I wanted something that was not annotated GF, he would ask the chef to tweak it for me. Amazing service. I would highly recommend P&O Britannia.
Absolutely loved my cruise with P&O Britannia best experience ever, was a little disappointed that we couldn’t get any upgrade on the inside cabin as ship was full as I’m told. This would have made it. 5* all round.
Waiters Sandesh & Prabhat Sharma, and the restaurant host Taresh Fadte at the Peninsular restaurant made our dining experience exceptional. They were very attentive professional and made us feel special. They were a credit to Britannia.
Had a fantastic time. Staff were extremely happy and helpful. Food was fantastic, especially Sindhu (a must) one of the party is celiac and was catered for in every restaurant without fuss. The trips/events were extremely well organised, the only thing I would add would be feedback forms to complete for excursions as we had a small issue on one (an out of date drink) that could have been handled better.
Overall the cruise was good value. There are parts of the ship which are looking tired otherwise we would have given it 5 stars for value. The singer/dancer shows were excellent and service was generally very good, excursions were well organized.
