A first excellent experience on P & O Food was very good Our best time on the ship was during the evening shows. One suggestions is that the ship should offer free wifi should not be a big expense for the management and passengers would have better communication possibilities otherwise the rates should be lowered.

Everything was excellent on this cruise- even the weather!! Britannia is a beautiful ship. Although it is a big ship with lots of passengers it never felt crowded. The staff were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot praise them enough. My daughter in law uses a wheelchair and was given lots of help from check in to departure. The food was excellent and if something wasn’t to your liking they would change it for you. Planet Cruise were exceptional and kept us informed about everything. We dealt with a lovely lady called Selina. We were so impressed that we are booking with them again this year.

A lovely itinerary and the tours where very good. Not impressed with Brittania. Feels very cold atmosphere and not personable.

we Cruised to the Caribbean Last November for a 14 day Cruise and we had a fabulous time, the cruise ship Britannia is the second time we have cruises on it and we love it, we have also cruised to the Caribbean on the Azura again a great cruise. We would use the excursions more if the prices were not so expensive. we have sailed on a couple of the Holland & America cruise ships and enjoyed those, but we do like the P& O ships and entertainment better. Also been on a Norwegian cruise ship, this was ok. We have booked a P&O Cruise for next year.

My wife & I were having a really lovey cruise on brittania for the first week but we had to leave after the first week due to my dad dying from a heart attack. P&O were fantastic in getting us home early I cannot thank them enough, I would recommend Brittania.

This was our first ever cruise we had booked and to be honest we didn't really know what to expect but the total experience was fantastic. We cannot praise P&O enough, the service throughout was exceptionable, the ship (Britannia) was stunning. All the staff we encounted were totally professionable friendly and efficient, nothing was ever too much trouble. The cabin crew were totally brilliant, cabins cleaned daily couldn't want for more. We will hopefully be looking to book again (now we have the bug)! Looking forward to the launch of the new Iona in 2020, if anyone is in doubt whether to book a cruise for the first time I would definately give it a try you won't be dissapointed, but I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

Amazing, first time travelling on my own since the loss of my husband. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Everything was excellent I could not complain about one thing. I will travel again with P&O.
