Just thought I’d drop you a line to express our appreciation of the service which Sue has afforded us through the crisis. Her attention to our needs as customers - just 2 amongst many - has been exemplary throughout. Especially when we were anxious about receiving a refund from P&O. She chased through their channels and we got the answers we needed!

Obviously, in the current circumstances, nobody really knows how this thing is going to pan out. But, assuming some semblance of normality returns in a few months, rest assured we shall be back to you to book another cruise as soon as one attracts us (obviously, living near Malta, we would like anything attaching to Valletta!).

I’ve just received my full refund from Planet Cruise for my cruise cancelled by Cunard a couple of hours before boarding QM2. Your customer relations employee Paul has been absolutely exemplary in all aspects of contact with us. He has been very straightforward and absolutely honest with all his communications, and has told it as it is, without any exaggerations regarding the whole process. It has been a pleasure to have Paul to turn to during this very difficult time. If we use Planet Cruise to book any of our future cruises then Paul would be our go to person to sort it all out for us.

May we say thank you for your persistence and managing the process to provide the full refund which we received today. Although the circumstances of the cancellation were not within any of our capacity to control, we have been extremely pleased with the commitment of Planet Cruise to honour their obligations and provide a full refund. We look forward to booking many future holidays with Planet Cruise as the travel restrictions ease and the opportunity to take exciting new journeys gradually moves back to being normal.
