We had an enjoyable cruise, the food in the restaurant was well presented and cooked. The staff were very helpful. The 'first impressions survey' we filled in was acted upon and the deck manager came to have a chat about our suggestions, which were put into operation. A factor that shows how providing feedback can improve the quality of your cruise. Were were thanked with a bottle of wine. The captain was friendly to speak with and encouraged passengers to chat with him, and his announcements were clear and kept us up-to date when problems arose due to the weather. P&O do care a lot about customer care, well done P&O.
Had a lovely week onboard Azura. Entertainment enjoyable, food good although less choice than before. Had a few issues with drink charges, had to query charges several times.
Amazing service.
Great flights, transfers & cruise, very well organised.. We booked cheapest outside cabin and got upgraded to Superior Deluxe Balcony!! Enjoyed freedom dining + formal night, although app to book a dining time never worked. Ship is looking a little bit tired, first couple of days there didn’t seem to be enough staff. After waiting 20 mins in one bar to order a drink, we left to try another bar, still took 15mins before we got our drinks! Improved after 3 days, glad we hadn’t bought a drinks package! Didn’t book any excursions, as we had visited all the ports of call before, so enjoyed getting off the ship to have a walk about.
The staff were excellent. Big shout out to our cabin steward Wilson. Azura clearly due an upgrade in some areas. Norovirus in the previous week impacted on food service but this was understandable. Vegan diets could have been better catered for. Two restaurant mains consisted of purely vegetables and no protein. Shows not up to standard previously enjoyed, mainly due to repetition and staff illness. Overall an enjoyable holiday, decent food, good weather, good company.
First ever cruise I have been on and enjoyed it, the food and service was excellent I will book again in the future. And would recommend to anyone who has not been on a cruise to try it, it was a most enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Enjoyed the cruise as usual but not too keen on overnights in Tenerife. Four days in Tenerife was too many.
I found azura ship very comfortable, easy to make your way around, staff very obliging- nothing too much trouble. Very good experience, would go again with P&O.
Fantastic first cruise. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Great room. Great food. Great entertainment. Great staff all round. The captain was superb. Very humorous. We have already booked to go again next year.
