Hebridean Princess

For over 20 years, the Hebridean Princess has served as the proud flag bearer of Hebridean Island Cruises. Styled after traditional Scottish interiors, the Hebridean Princess is a luxurious country house style ship with an intimate capacity of no more than 50 guests. As it sails through the many lochs and sounds of Scotland, this ship provides you with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to see the beautiful Highlands, dotted with its many castles, ruins and rich history.

The cherry-wood panelled Columba Restaurant is where you will be going for your dining during your time on the Hebridean Princess. With dining options for solo, couple and group travellers, you’ll find delight in the wonderfully prepared cuisine made with fresh produce and accompanied with wine from the ship’s exquisite variety. Each and every cruise onboard the Hebridean Princess also includes the extravagant Gala Dinner on one or even two evenings.

In your spare time, you can find a place to feel at home in the ship’s Tiree Lounge. In the lounge, there is a wonderful cobblestone fireplace where you can gather for some conversation with your fellow guests or even the friendly crew. Equipped with a bar, this is undoubtedly the best place on the ship to spend your time after dinner, enjoying a fine drink and taking in the natural scenery of Scotland.

On the ship, there is a generous library stocked with books, games and a laptop with complimentary Wi-Fi. You can also rent DVDs from the library to watch on the TV in your cabin. As a special luxury addition, Hebridean also allows requests to arrange extra activities from water sports to fishing, all included in the price.

Priding itself on exploration and enrichment, Hebridean has the special Footloose excursion programme, where expert guides will take you through the history of the best and even less known places in Scotland. On these Footloose tours, Hebridean will supply you with the proper equipment for trekking the rough landscape, and special arrangements are made for guests with particular difficulties.

As a cruise line that promotes good health, there is a simple but reasonably equipped fitness gym onboard. Much of Hebridean’s fitness is however found on their Footloose programmes, as the rough landscape of Scotland is physically-demanding and requires a healthy body.
