Before Cruising
Prior to cruising, guests and crew will have to undergo health screening, which could include medical questionnaires and temperature checks, with those deemed to be at risk required to have an additional health check.

Onboard
Guests will be encouraged to frequently wash their hands, with hand sanitiser stations in high-traffic areas of the ship, including the entrance to dining rooms. All food service stations will be staffed and venues will be adapted to facilitate social distancing. Where this can't be maintained, masks will be required. To remind guests of the new measures they will have information in their daily programs, on screens onboard the ship and through daily communications by the Cruise & Travel Director.

Cleaning
Throughout the day, guest corridors will be continuously cleaned, with a focus on handrails, door handles and buttons. In addition, there will be deep cleaning and fogging of public venues such as restaurants, lounges, bars and arcades. Each stateroom and suite will be cleaned up to twice each day, with secondary sanitation taking place at the end of the clean on all touch points. In the case of a guest displaying flu-like symptoms, their cabin will undergo an additional deep clean, and all table cloths, bed linen, towels etc will be specially laundered.

*Stateroom upgrades are available in select stateroom categories and are subject to availability of the staterooms in the higher category. Signature Beverage Package has a daily limit of 15 beverages, which includes all beverages priced at US$11.00 or lower.
