Before Cruising
Guests are encouraged to book onboard packages prior to sailing and use online check-in to limit contact. As well as assigned arrival times to aid social distancing and a mandatory medical questionnaire, guests will also be required to undergo temperature checks before boarding. Anyone displaying a fever or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to board.

Cleaning
Cleaning frequency onboard all ships will be increased including twice-daily cabin cleaning and a focus on regular touch points throughout the ship using hospital-grade disinfectants, with a deep clean at the end of each cruise.

Medical
Onboard each MSC ship there will be an increase in medical staff onboard trained in how to treat COVID-19, as well as facilities with testing equipment, ventilators and isolation accommodation if needed.
