"First cruise & went with a friend. Ship was good, extremely clean & all staff welcoming & helpful. Cabin exceeded expectations. Dining time request was changed from 5.30pm to 21.30pm, so not table allocated at our requested time, which meant turning up & waiting to see if we could be accommodated. Which they did - but not very relaxing. It also meant it was hard to plan our evenings. We were unable to dock at Falmouth, which was a disappointment & time in Cork & Portland cut short to accommodate this. We were really looking forward to our short break on MSC Virtuosa. We were not disappointed. Everything about the ship was first class. The facilities were amazing with so much going on day and night. The cabin was also amazing along with the cabin steward who was always around, friendly and helpful. The food was extremely good. One of the excursions (Cobh) was not so good and very poor value for money. However the guide was very good We would most defiantly book again with MSC
