All went well. Some changes that made it a little different but all ok.
I was always a Royal Caribbean & P&O fan but after sailing on Princess cruises for the first time Princess cruises gave the other 2 a run for their money. The service was the best I ever experienced, entertainment was ok, best beds at sea, best WiFi at sea, biggest balconies at sea, best steak at sea according to American standards and the best pizza at sea. Oh yeah and it's always important to get the princess plus package because everything's included down to do tips drinks package and Wi-Fi.
Had a really enjoyable time; Princess cruises are wonderful celebrated my birthday which was a great. Lots of disruption at Southampton cruise terminal when boarding due to the passenger locator forms for Belgium so took longer than normal. Vegetarian food on board could’ve been a bit better especially in the speciality dining restaurants had to ask restaurant manager each evening. Entertainment was great, however how would like to see more range of shows and games and quizzes. Rooms are great- spacious and very comfortable beautiful balcony views. Spa was incredible with great service from all the crew on board. Planet Cruise made the booking process very easy and seamless with great contact with email always kept us updated with our booking very easy to get hold of on the phone not like many other agencies great customer service will definitely be using you again! Princess really know how to cruise!
This is our first time with Princess Cruises but would definitely travel with them again.
Had a lovely cruise. Cabin (mini suite club class) was brilliant - although you had to ask for the benefits, which I was aware of, in the cabin and initially the steward wasn't aware of them i.e. canapés on request, fresh fruit on request so I had to call customer services to arrange these. Club class diners were in a separate dining room which was brilliant - staff were very attentive and the manager was brilliant. Drinks package was great and we tried a lot of drinks we wouldn't normally try. The medallion app was hit and miss. I personally had no problem but my partner was unable to use his a lot of the time. The staff on the IT desk were helpful and even gave us $30 onboard credit for the inconvenience and if we needed to order drinks (which we did from time to time) on just my app and were charged then they would sort out the charge - which they did.
Outstanding service, fabulous food. Gorgeous ship. Covid restrictions were well adhered to and customers were looked after.
First cruise since the pandemic going outside the UK, so there were a few teething problems as the cruise line were finding their way but all in all a positive experience.
Fabulous ship with great staff. This was our first time booking with Planet Cruise and we thought it was seamless and personal. Thank you, we had a great holiday.
