Starting off in the harbour town of Skiathos itself, wander through the pretty streets of the Old Town towards the harbour where you can stop for a drink and something to eat at the waterfront bars and restaurants. After picking up a souvenir from the quaint shops, head to one of the many beaches for a spot of swimming and sunbathing. With so many stretches of sand on the island, you're truly spoilt for choice, although if you're after somewhere quieter, Lalaria Beach can only be accessed by water so there's no need to worry about the crowds.
