Ian was knowledgeable, friendly and we felt secure our booking was safe with him. Only thing that shocked me was having to pay the full amount immediately as we thought payment was not due in full until 90 days prior to the cruise. Apparently, this is not the case and full payment is due 16 weeks prior. We thought we were paying a deposit yesterday and were lucky we were able to juggle our finances to pay the full amount. Not the agents fault but something to be aware of. However, we've travelled with Planet Cruise before and would have no hesitation in booking with them in the future.
