Celebrity Reflection reviews

Had a great time on Celebrity Reflection. Booked Aqua class which gave access to the separate Blu restaurant which was excellent. Package also included classic drinks and WI FI, which were good value when compared to on board purchase. Had access to The Persian Garden spa, but as the itinerary was very busy only used this facility once. On board staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for you and as an American focused ship food was high quality and plentiful. Entertainment was good and the ships company singers and dancers were better than many we have seen before.

Staff truly amazing, they went above & beyond to help you, so polite & friendly. Great places to visit. Great food. Very clean everywhere. It would have been helpful to check in before we went & have the size & weight of luggage we could take.

Cruised on Celebrity Reflection. Overall it was very good, and good value for money. We were looked after well with the flights and transfers. Food was very good, but not excellent, some things they didn't get right. Drinks package could have been explained a bit better.

The cruise was everything we expected, but the icing on the cake was the transfer from airport to hotel. We were expecting to share a minibus or coach with other guests - not the brand-new Mercedes that turned up! We will use your services again for our next cruise.

Everything was excellent except that we had advised Celebrity that we were cruising to celebrate our Golden Wedding and my 75 the birthday. We were advised that this would be noted on our booking but no one on Reflection knew anything about it. I telephoned Celebrity on my return and was told that unless these special occasions occurred during the cruise they would do nothing about them. I told them that we were disappointed with their explanation but was told that was the way they did things

Wonderful ship with exemplary service from a dedicated crew.

Main dining room tables (for two) were too close together giving no privacy for conversation.

Everything was perfect except that there should be more vegetarian and vegan choices. The food was mostly meat products. There should be some healthy options also.
