P&O Cruises operate a points system so that every night you spend onboard a P&O Cruises ship you are earning loyalty points. These loyalty points can be redeemed against rewards the next time you cruise with P&O. Once you have earnt at least 150 points you will automatically become a member of P&O Cruises Peninsular Club, which features six different tiers of membership and rewards. P&O Cruises Peninsular Club cruise rewards include things like exclusive discount, membership only events, priority boarding and more. How does it work?
Spend 1 night onboard = Earn 10 loyalty points
Spend 15 nights onboard = Earn 150 loyalty points and become a member of the Peninsular Club

Frequently Asked Questions for P&O Cruises' Peninsular Club
When are my new points rewarded?Points are accumulated and awarded at the end of each cruise. You will be able to see any new points in your online account once you have returned home.
How do I view my points balance?
You can view your points balance with your online Peninsular Club account. Simply visit your online account where you will also be able to keep track of your membership tier.
Will my points ever expire?
No, your points can not expire, but will be lost if you cancel your membership.
As a family cruising, can my children earn points and be members?
Yes your children can have their own Peninsular Club membership once they have accumulated 150 points (at least 15 nights onboard). Some benefits change making them appropriate for child members. Children under the age of 17 receive an age appropriate gift depending on their tier membership plus onboard spend discount (onboard spend discount is non-transferable). Children aged between 16-18 will receive the same benefits as adults with alcohol being replaced by a non-alcoholic alternative.
Terms and Conditions of P&O Cruises' Peninsular Club
- Benefits can alter from time to time, make sure to fully research into the inclusions ahead of your P&O Cruises' getaway.
- Pre-existing Portunus Club points will automatically be transferred to the Peninsular club.
- Membership is only available to individuals and points are acquired per person; they can’t be transferred and have no cash value.
- The hospitality area, priority/early embarkation, lounge benefits and priority disembarkation is only available for P&O Cruises’ from Southampton. World Cruises do not include these benefits.
