Make sure it is for the same cruise line, ship, sailing date, cabin type and grade.
A written quotation or screenshot of the offer must be submitted by email to email@example.com before booking with Planet Cruise.
We match the price
If a match is confirmed, our price match guarantee ensures that you get the holiday you desire at the best possible price.
When we will match the price
- You have contacted us before booking with a written quotation or screenshot of the offer.
- The cruise must be available to book at the lower price at the time of evaluation. The screenshot is not deemed conclusive.
The other deal is identical to the one you are planning to book with us and subject to the same booking conditions. This means:
- It is with the same cruise line
- It is the same cabin type, position on the ship and cabin grade
- It is for the same sailing date
- It is from the same departure airport (where applicable)
- It has identical conditions attached (drinks/meal inclusions, free WiFi etc)
- The price must be in Pounds Sterling and must correspond to the UK Market
When you can’t make a claim
- You book through a website that doesn’t reveal the cruise line or cabin type until after you have booked.
You book using
- Special membership rates
- Loyalty points
- Any rewards programmes or special promotions made available through the supplier
- Service discounts including military discounts
- It is a private group
- It is a chartered sailing
- You have already made the booking with us
