During the day Iona’s popular bar venues play host to fun-filled activities, serve as a quiet spot to take in the views or pit stop to refuel by the pool. During the evenings you’ll find friendly karaoke, live acts and discos in the boisterous bars or your favourite tipple in the laid-back lounges.
I liked the ship and the food was good. I was particularly impressed with the Olive Grove restaurant, which was overall good value. We did find, however, that the Chef's Table was a little expensive for the portions we received. It was a pity we missed Valencia and Lisbon due to various issues, but this was outside the control of P and O. It was a good cruise for the time of year and a great break before Christmas, the weather was mostly kind with some sun in Southern Spain and a lot warmer than the snow and ice on our return.
Lovely holiday! The cabin was very comfortable, food and entertainment was great. The holiday was good value for money.
This cruise was excellent! We had a very nice time.
Entertainment top class, food excellent, cabin and position on ship great. Service in bars and restaurants slow, waiters in lounges and bars did not seem to be trained and didn’t work as a team, you could sit for quite some time before they noticed us, however this did not spoil any aspect of our holiday . Boarding went smoothly and cabin ready within ten minutes of getting on board and as luck would have it our suitcases were already outside cabin - checking in to unpacked and exploring ship approximately hour and a half ! Wonderful.
