The newest addition to the P&O Cruises fleet, Britannia was voted ‘Best New Ocean Ship’ at the Cruise International Awards 2015. Carrying 3,647 passengers, the ship features new innovations for the line including single cabins with balconies, an expansive spa area,  enhanced Glasshouse Bar and a new forward facing Crow's Nest Bar. Teens can enjoy the Oasis Teen Spa, which offers a range of treatments and facilities designed especially for 13-17 year olds.

Combining the excitement of cruising with the sophistication of a five star hotel, Britannia offers the perfect setting for families looking for hassle-free mealtimes to carefree days out and for adults after a little downtime at the theatre, spa or adult only areas.

Britannia is pure heaven for foodies with several exciting dining options including 3 signature restaurants, speciality dining, celebrity chef masterclasses and round the clock refreshments. Guests sailing onboard Britannia can enjoy breakfast, lunch and a delicious five course dinner in any of the main restaurants. From Freedom Dining in the elegant Peninsular or Meridian Restaurant, allowing guests to turn up whenever they choose, to traditional Club Dining in the opulent Oriental Restaurant. Room service is available 24 hours for those wishing to dine in the comfort of their cabin, suite or enjoy the views from their very own private balcony.

Speciality dining onboard Britannia includes Master Patissier, Eric Lanlard's spectacular Afternoon Tea at The Epicurian. This is an afternoon tea like no other and diners will be wowed by the unique creations; such as smoked duck breast with raspberry in a dark chocolate macaroon, savoury gruyere cheese eclairs with brie, rocket and red onion marmalade and exotic pop cones with orange blossom Persian candy floss. Meanwhile over at the Glass House, celebrity wine expert Olly Smith has handpicked wines to perfectly compliment the succulent steak and seafood menu. Choose from 32 wines whilst admiring the stunning Starburst sculpture and views of the grand Atrium.

For peckish moments by the pool, guests can enjoy casual dining al fresco at the Lido Grill, serving up British favourites like fish and chips, grilled hamburgers and freshly baked pizzas at The Pizzeria. Pre-packed snacks including sandwiches and salads are ready for guests to Grab & Go for an instant meal on Deck 16.

Renowned British foodie personalities Marco Pierre White, Eric Lanyard, and Olly Smith have collaborated with P&O Cruises to offer some excellent master classes onboard.  Everyone from enthusiastic cooks to complete beginners are invited to book into a class with the professionally trained teams, learning master dishes inspired by Britannia's destination rich voyages. It's also possible to book exclusive seats at Cookery Club dinners hosted by your favourite celebrity chefs.
Britannia is bursting with entertainment and activities for all onboard. Guests can dance the night away in the stunning and glamorous Crystal Room, enjoying a Strictly Come Dancing Themed Cruise as professional dancers and judges from the BBC show join you on selected Britannia cruises during 2016. Britannia's spectacular Headliner's Theatre hosts an unmissable programme of live events, with leading production including a full LED screen wall allowing instant scenery changes.

The Live Lounge introduces a fantastic line-up of singers, tribute acts, live bands and hilarious comedy acts before transforming into a buzzing nightclub with the best party at sea. Britannia also hosts a P&O first, The Limelight Club, bringing an exclusive adult only vibe with sensational food and live entertainment, which parents can enjoy whilst young ones sleep peacefully in the Night Nursery.
Exciting Sea Day activities range from dance classes to arts and crafts classes, cinema screenings, Bridge, quizzes and sports tournaments.
