Waiters Sandesh & Prabhat Sharma, and the restaurant host Taresh Fadte at the Peninsular restaurant made our dining experience exceptional. They were very attentive professional and made us feel special. They were a credit to Britannia.
Had a fantastic time. Staff were extremely happy and helpful. Food was fantastic, especially Sindhu (a must) one of the party is celiac and was catered for in every restaurant without fuss. The trips/events were extremely well organised, the only thing I would add would be feedback forms to complete for excursions as we had a small issue on one (an out of date drink) that could have been handled better.
Overall the cruise was good value. There are parts of the ship which are looking tired otherwise we would have given it 5 stars for value. The singer/dancer shows were excellent and service was generally very good, excursions were well organized.

Enjoyed our holiday, entertainment was excellent, cabin was comfortable, buffet restaurant was a bit of a hit and miss, quite alot of coffee machines and toilets broken, but all in all a good cruise.
First time on P&O Britannia, we had to move cabins due to the vibrations we were moved from floor 15 to floor 9 and had a much better experience then, food was lovely although could have had more variety in the main restaurants, my son basically lived on salmon. Great for the teens my son said it was his best holiday ever. Apart from the lido it never felt that busy anywhere, theatre cinema and live lounge were never that busy or full. So all in all we had a good holiday
A first excellent experience on P & O Food was very good Our best time on the ship was during the evening shows. One suggestions is that the ship should offer free wifi should not be a big expense for the management and passengers would have better communication possibilities otherwise the rates should be lowered.
Everything was excellent on this cruise- even the weather!! Britannia is a beautiful ship. Although it is a big ship with lots of passengers it never felt crowded. The staff were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot praise them enough. My daughter in law uses a wheelchair and was given lots of help from check in to departure. The food was excellent and if something wasn’t to your liking they would change it for you. Planet Cruise were exceptional and kept us informed about everything. We dealt with a lovely lady called Selina. We were so impressed that we are booking with them again this year.
