"I felt the Ship was too big especially for older people to negotiate. Also difficult to book a meal as you had to get on a virtual queue and wait for a table which made it difficult to book theatre etc as one didn’t know what time you would eat. Couldn’t really use swimming pools as mostly full of adults with children so no actual room to swim. Entertainment was good, bars very nice. Decour was lovely. Shops were good although a little expensive at times. No courtesy buses at ports which l expected, especially for folks that couldn’t walk very far. Paid Select price so expected more. Our cabins were not mid ship as told but on the cusp of forward. Also lift didn’t take us directly to restaurant as told by your Rep. Although l enjoyed most of the holiday it was very hard work for the rest of my party. Disembarkation was terrible with no help despite booking Assistance." view more
