We have booked many cruises through Planet Cruise. On this occasion we had our 1st NCL cruise booked. 4 months before we were to depart they dropped a major itinerary change. Planet arranged for us to cancel this cruise for a full refund and booked us onto what will be our 1st Marrella cruise. All funds transferred within 48 hours.
