From casual buffets to intimate venues and al fresco seating, there's a dining venue that's perfectly suited to what you're looking for:
- Veranda- serving delicious buffet spreads at breakfast and lunch, you can eat indoors or take in the views outside.
- Amphora- open only for evening meals, you can enjoy several courses accompanied by fine vintage wines.
- Stella Bistro- taking its inspiration from French cafés, expect exquisite mains, decadent desserts and perfectly paired wines.
- Candles- dine under the stars at this al fresco restaurant.
- Star Grill by Steven Raichlen- enjoy grilled and barbecued favourites at this outdoor, casual venue.
Evenings on a Windstar cruise are all about unwinding after a busy day. While there may not be the same variety of entertainment that you'd find on a large ship, this doesn't mean that nighttimes aren't just as special. The deck and the lounge are popular spots for taking your drink to admire the ocean at night or socialise with other guests. On the other hand, if you'd prefer a quiet night in your stateroom, why not grab a DVD from the library and settle down in your stateroom, where the crew are on hand to bring your drinks straight to your cabin.
Days onboard a Windstar Cruises' ship are the perfect balance between relaxed and active. With each ship having its own watersports marina guests can dive into the ocean and use the equipment provided, from kayaks and sailboards to waterskis. Alternatively, if you'd rather stay dry, the fitness centre has everything you need for a great workout.
Once you're ready to unwind a little, the sun deck is a popular spot for soaking up the warm weather or taking a relaxing dip in the whirlpool. Meanwhile, if you want to step your relaxation up a gear, head to the WindSpa and treat yourself to massage, facial or other treatment from the extensive menu.
In addition, for those who want to learn more about what it takes to captain a ship, guests are welcome on the Bridge, where the captain and officers are more than happy to show their charts, routes and views.
Large enough to pamper and entertain you, yet small enough to tuck into tiny harbours and hidden coves, Windstar Cruises' fleet of small, boutique-style ships are exactly the right size for the perfect cruise holiday.

Windstar Covid-19 safety measures
Guests must complete a health questionnaire and screenings to make sure they are fit to travel. Arrival times will also be staggered so that social distancing can be maintained.
Once onboard, guests will find more hand sanitiser stations throughout the yachts, as well as enhanced cleaning of everything from public spaces to the sports decks, equipment, tender boats and buses on shore. In addition, restaurant dining times have been extended meaning that there will be less guests at one time.
Crew and Medical
Before boarding crew will undergo health screening and will have their temperatures taken twice a day throughout the cruise. They will also be required to wear masks and gloves when needed, and take part in COVID-19 prevention training. Should any illnesses arise during a cruise, the medical centre is well equipped, with extra staff on hand.
