I’ve used Planet Cruise for a number of cruise bookings with different cruise lines. Sometimes I use their website and occasionally if it’s more complex, I’ll book via the telephone. Their staff have always been friendly, and extremely helpful taking me step by step through the process with experienced suggestions. The website is also extremely straight forward and easy to use. In fact it’s often much clearer and with better functionality than some cruise line booking websites. Bradley helped me out this time via the phone. He followed up when he said he would, and was very knowledgeable with a reassuring manner guiding me through the booking with ease.
