When you're sailing with Princess Cruises, you can book a cruise with one of three fare packages: Princess Standard, Princess Plus, and Princess Premier.
Princess Standard
Book your cruise as a Princess Standard fare to enjoy the core Princess MedallionClass experience, with some dining and entertainment options included with your accommodation.
Princess Plus
For an additional £50 per guest per day, you can add on Princess Plus and enjoy the following:
- Unlimited MedallionNet Max Wi-Fi internet connection for 1 device
- Plus Beverage Package, including drinks up to $15
- Daily crew appreciation (aka tips and gratuities)
- 4 complimentary casual dining experiences per guest
- Complimentary OceanNow delivery to anywhere onboard, including your cabin
- Room service delivery
Please note, for 2026 cruises (sailings from January 14, 2026), Princess Plus will no longer include complimentary premium desserts or complimentary fitness classes. On Sun Princess and Star Princess, the cost of Princess Plus is also increasing and will be £55 per person per day. If you are sailing in 2026, and purchased Princess Plus prior to July 22, 2025, your current package benefits will be honoured.
Princess Premier
Or, for an additional £75 per guest per day, you can add on Princess Premier and enjoy the following:
- Unlimited MedallionNet Max Wi-Fi internet connection for 4 devices, boasting the highest quality and highest performance bandwidth available
- Unlimited Premier Beverage Package, including drinks up to $20
- Unlimited Specialty Dining Experiences - this unlimited specialty dining extends to the following restaurants: Crown Grill, Sabatini's and The Catch by Rudi
- Unlimited Dining at any casual dining location
- Unlimited access to delivery services, including Room Service and OceanNow
- Unlimited reserved seating in the Princess Theatre (for production shows only)
- Unlimited photos with inclusive digital photo package (+ 3 prints)
- Daily crew appreciation (aka tips and gratuities)
- Bonus shore excursions credit*
Please note, for 2026 cruises (sailings from January 14, 2026), Princess Premier will no longer include unlimited complimentary fitness classes, unlimited complimentary premium fresh juices, or unlimited complimentary premium desserts. On Star Princess and Sun Princess, Princess Premier is also increasing in price and will cost £80 per person per day. If you are sailing in 2026, and purchased Princess Premier prior to July 22, 2025, your current package benefits will be honoured.

What are casual dining experiences and where can I get them?
Casual dining experiences are set three-course meals available at Princess Cruises' casual dining venues, including: O'Malleys, Ocean Terrace, Vines, Alfredo's Pizzeria, Gigi's Pizzeria, Planks, BBQ, Steamers, the Salty Dog Gastropub and Kai Sushi. This is not an exhaustive list, and venues vary by ship.
Do I need to make specialty dining reservations in advance?
You don't need to do this, but it is recommended and can be done so via the Princess Cruises App. This will mean that you can make sure you get the venue, time, and date of your preference.
How much is OceanNow delivery if I booked a Princess Standard fare?
If you want to add OceanNow delivery to your fare, you can pay a one-time access fee of $14.99 per person per voyage – and an additional $5 room service fee will apply to each order placed by stateroom phone.
Can I upgrade my fare to Princess Plus or Princess Premier after booking?
Yes, you can upgrade from a Princess Standard fare to both Princess Plus and Princess Premier after booking.
You can upgrade to Princess Plus for £50 per guest per day or Princess Premier for £75 per guest per day. You can also upgrade from Princess Plus to Princess Premier by paying the difference between the two fares. All of this can be done through your Cruise Personalizer, Princess Cruises' Contact Center, or your cruise consultant.
Can I upgrade to Princess Plus or Princess Premier while onboard?
Yes, you can. If you want to upgrade your fare, you can do so through the second day of your voyage – and the same upgrade fees as above apply.
What do I do if I just want certain parts of the Princess Plus or Princess Premier package?
Sadly, the individual components of the Princess Plus and Princess Premier fare packages are not available as individual items. However, you can (like the OceanNow delivery service) access similar services for an additional cost.
How much additional shore excursion credit do I get with Princess Premier?
The value of the additional shore excursion credit you get when you book a Princess Premier package depends on the length of your Princess Cruises’ voyage.
For cruises between 6 days and 9 days in length, you’ll enjoy $100 additional shore excursion credit with Princess Premier. For cruises between 10 and 20 days, this is doubled to $200 of additional shore excursion credit. On sailings over 21 days in length, you’ll enjoy $300 additional shore excursion credit with Princess Premier.
