On the whole a very good cruise. Everywhere was very clean and the staff were happy and helpful. The lady who looked after our cabin was exceptional, always cheerful and looked after us very well.
We were surprised that despite travelling in a suite, and with the Fantastica experience, we were not permitted to use all of the restaurantsWe were surprised that the all inclusive did not mean inclusive of the daily service charge or the service charge on the provision of any alcolholic drinks which we paid for.
The ship was not as luxurious as some we have been on but it was adequate and the itinerary was good
