World Cruise from Genoa, 5 January 2026

I would like to thank before everything to Zaira, who keeps my room tidy, clean , and with a good smell, every day and everytime The buffet was amazing with huge variety of food, and always fresh. The service , amazing , and kind. The escursions , may improve and be more organized. I am thankful as well to swaleh , always ready to answer my questions about pools temperature , making feel guest confortable and safe. The entertainment is quite nice, and I was absolutely amazed by shows I have seen in the teathre by dancers and singers. I actually fell in love with the voice of the lady who was singing. It is just an amazing experience travelling with MSC, where you will feel welcomed, cared by the family environment and the extreme professionalism

The entertainment crew were Brilliant, They made every effort to make contact with everyone with a cheery wave and a laugh. The theatre shows in the evening were exceptional, very professional!

The decor of the ship was a 'Wow' factor. The food in the Buffet Cafe was fine but the Evening Menu's were limited. The seating on our particular table was not too good. The staff were okay. The entertainment was disappointing as there were no acts flown in. When we booked the cruise we booked a table for 6:15pm for our evening meal. When we first arrived we were told that the first sitting was at 5:45pm which was too early. Some ot the excursions got us back too late to make the first sitting, so we had to eat in the Buffet. The celebration package was excellent for our wedding annivesary. We found it a bit intrusive to hear the announcements and lifeboat drill in six languages each time there were new passengers embarking at each port.
