Such great value for money and the staff were very attentive; they could do no more - brilliant time!
It was my first time with MSC, as I normally sail with other cruise lines. I was very impressed with the ship. I had a nice cabin and great food. All the staff were friendly. I've just booked another one on this ship for May.
Fantastic ship, and our Yacht Club experience was amazing from the moment we walked into the terminal we were escorted by the butlers onto the ship. By the time we reached the cabin our luggage was there and our butler offered to unpack for us. Cabin quality was as expected only disappointment was location and access into the small wardrobes going through to bathroom was a little restricting. I was a little apprehensive about having a butler but no need - only when you require any thing they came, never once was we disturbed. A ship within a ship it certainly was and the Blue Yacht club service really felt special. On a ship as large as this with the amount of passages having the sanctuary of the Yacht Club was so relaxing.
Very friendly staff, clean ship & lovely cabin.
