Stress Free Booking- cruise with MSC and enjoy Stress Free Booking where you can change your sail date free of charge up to 15 days prior to departure for just cruise bookings and up to 21 days prior for fly and cruise bookings. This is for cruises booked up until 31st July 2021 departing before 30th September 2022.

Summer 2021 Cruises
Vaccinations and Testing
Both vaccinated and non-vaccinated guests will be welcome onboard. All unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests will need to take a lateral flow (antigen) or PCR (molecular) swab test within 72 hours prior to the ship’s departure. Proof of a negative test result will be requested at the terminal and can include evidence such as an email, SMS or a printed document. This can be an NHS lateral flow test (Rapid Antigen Test). The test is not required for fully-vaccinated guests or under 2 years old guests. All passengers (excluding children under the age of 2) will be tested at the terminal prior to boarding in addition to providing your own negative test result.

Passport & Insurance Requirements
These cruises are for UK residents only. Guests must have a UK passport with 6 months validate from sailing date. If guests are a UK resident without a UK passport they must show their passport and proof of UK address. It is mandatory that any guest sailing with MSC Cruises provides evidence of active travel insurance. The travel insurance policy must cover:
- Your holiday from booking through to the end of the cruise
- Covid-19 cancellation cover
- Cruise cover
- Repatriation cover

MSC Cruises Covid-19 safety measures
Guests are encouraged to book onboard packages prior to sailing and use online check-in to limit contact. As well as assigned arrival times to aid social distancing and a mandatory medical questionnaire, guests will also be required to undergo temperature checks before boarding. Anyone displaying a fever or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to board.
Cleaning frequency onboard all ships will be increased including twice-daily cabin cleaning and a focus on regular touch points throughout the ship using hospital-grade disinfectants, with a deep clean at the end of each cruise.
Onboard each MSC ship there will be an increase in medical staff onboard trained in how to treat COVID-19, as well as facilities with testing equipment, ventilators and isolation accommodation if needed.
