What our customers say
"Overall, an underwhelming experience ! Ship, service, food, expert speakers outstanding Drab start at Southampton, queuing in the cold/rain outside terminal, worse in NY having to leave the shop @ 8am with pick up @10 - no waiting facilities in bitterly cold weather Entertainment on board second rate mostly with single acts and overrated eg big hype for professional dance demo - one dance offered !! Final insult - finding $160pp added to our on board bill - automatically added for crew tips when queried. . . left bad taste !! Also too many messages from Planet,Iglu and Cunard before/during/after cruise . . . saying the same thing at different times -very irritating !!" view more

An excellent eastbound transatlantic voyage with The Literature at Sea Festival
Wonderful four night cruise on QM2, definitely 5*+ & as good as before Covid. Food, service & entertainment all marvellous 👏👏Didn't go on excursion.
I really liked the QM2 even though it's more liner than cruise ship. The service and food were well up to the standard I expect from Cunard. The cabin was good though would be a little cramped for a couple, especially for drawer and shelf space. I liked the closed balcony which I made great use of. The lectures were very good, the shows adequate. There was an issue with the timings of the films. During sea days there should be a film shown at 2. 30 0r 3pm not 5pm or 10pm. I only managed to get to one film in the Illuminations theatre and that was by missing a dessert. The choice of films was a bit bizarre mainly aimed at the teenage market. There were no teenagers on board. The great majority of the passengers were in my age group, over seventies. The same goes for the Cabin TV where there were few films for my age group but a lot of children's films, there were practically no children of school age on board.
