This was our first cruise. Not too sure what to expect, but everything was amazing. Planet Cruise is the easiest cruise website because I can search for my local airports easily, which you can't on others. I can't rate excursions because I didn't take any.
Great time even though I had transport my wife in a wheelchair prior to a injury 3 weeks before holiday. Celebrity crew were very helpful.
Once again, a huge thank you to Planet Cruise for all your help with arranging this cruise, hotels, transfers and flights. Everything ran like clockwork. We have already booked another Celebrity cruise through yourselves for next year, as well as a NCL cruise. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else...in fact we have already done so!
The staff and crew were Fantastic, the food and drinks were very good . However, could have done with some better air conditioning; i.e. in the cabins. Interestingly, there was a shower curtain instead of a proper door but the cabin has lots of cupboards. There were some good shows onboard.
The holiday was very good but the food on the ship was disappointing, the food in the self service was good, but in the formal restaurant in the evening was dreadful, over cooked and tasteless. We won't be travelling with celebrity again It's such a shame as the ships are lovely Roger Crowden
Lovely trip ship was lovely and it never felt crowded like I found on one ship. Food was excellent especially from the restaurant in the evenings but at certain times most of the self serve food was closed. Some of the trips are very expensive for what you get although most were very good. The entertainment was great especially the guitarist but we found that by the time we finished on late dining and got up on deck where we found the type of entertainment that suits us they were nearly finished, would have been nice if they could have gone on until midnight.

Great little ship that we have sailed on before. Bar staff numbers seem to be falling since the introduction of drinks packages, but all staff are friendly and helpful. This was probably our best 'Windjammer' dining experience but our most disappointed Speciality Dining one. Their menus have been reduced further with fees increasing. It's one thing to pay $30 extra for something special but a pasta dish?

Absolutely terrific holiday, fabulous ship and crew. We enjoyed this cruise so much and had many excursions too. Food was varied and always fresh. We had a balcony cabin quite high up which was lovely. Our attendant kept our cabin clean and tidy every day. Easy booking through Planet Cruise, no paperwork, everything done on my mobile. Just about to book another cruise for the winter. Kind regards.
