Also, there are no USB charging ports in the cabin which is another oversight. The service, however was incredible especially in the Blu restaurant. There was a lot of upselling with over 30% of the daily activities chargeable and charging $82 for learning how to make pizza was excessive. Cruise destinations were exactly as expected ship was excellent
On the whole found the entertainment, in both theatre and lounges were very good, live musicians were very welcome. The ships layout was very good compared to other ships, the elevator locations were very well designed and the state room were never far away The main dinning room was overly tight for us forcing the waiters to struggle with their service, food was repetitious, The wine list was very limited and the drinks package limit was a bit low. Being told on occasion that we couldn’t afford a beverage as it was a little too expensive. The table availability was limited and often we were forced to stand among diners while a table was being prepared The only excursion we had was the all day of Rio, which was a little hurried, and quite expensive.
Embarkation took too long in Lisbon. Older people should have been allocated a separate line. Food is good but ethnic selection lacked full authentic flavour.
