Itinerary excellent. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Ship possibly too big for us.

The trip across the Atlantic was very enjoyable. We were worried about the days at sea but our worries were unfounded as there was plenty to do on board to occupy us. The itinerary Boston, New York, Bermuda, Bahamas & back to Miami was one of the best we have done. Sailing into New York was the highlight of the cruise although the weather wasn't very kind to us as we sailed past the Statue of Liberty. There was a fair amount of fog but it was still visible. Overnight in New York gave us a little extra time to explore Broadway & Times Square & The Empire State Building at a leisurely pace. Also a trip to see the 9/11 memorial on the 2nd day. We had an add on of a couple of days in Miami at the end of the cruise to finish off a brilliant holiday.

Every cruise we have booked with Planet Cruise has been fantastic. The pre cruise team in the office have always been more than helpful with answers to all our queries. We would not book with anyone else!

Concierge was very nice, but over priced for what was available. Celebrity Eclipse is a great ship and I would highly recommend a cruise on this vessel. The service, food and entertainment is excellent.

We chose this Celebrity cruise because of the itinerary and the Ship, Eclipse. The Caribbean is the ultimate cruise destination but the weather was at times disappointing. The service and accommodation onboard was superb, as usual. We’ve completed 12 cruises in 3 years, on various cruise lines, and think Celebrity is the one for us. We’re trying smaller ships from now on and some river cruises as the smaller ships are more to our liking. We’re not keen on long haul flights and probably won’t fly over 6 hours in future. There’s much to see closer to home.

Best cruise line, always enjoy it. First class staff, excellent food, entertainment not always to our taste but enjoy the entertainment that we like. Cabins always very good and being on Celebrity Cruises the staff make you feel like a celebrity

We love cruising with Celebrity. Our only complaints regard the entertainment. As we have cruised so many times with Celebrity, we have now seen all their production shows and many of their guest entertainers many, many, many times. It's now becoming rather boring for us. Also, as one of us suffers from migraines, the increased use of strobe lighting causes problems. Perhaps they could introduce a "strobe" free zone in the theatre. Also, the volume of music in the theatre can sometimes be too much to enjoy. These issues are now making us question our next 2 booked cruises booked with you for Celebrity cruises. We are now considering alternative holidays and cruise lines.

Excellent ship, very good service, although not as good as the service we received on its sister ship, the Silhouette, the year previous. Good itinerary, although the highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the pre cruise add-on, a visit to the Iguazu Falls - amazing !
