Had a great time on Celebrity Reflection. Booked Aqua class which gave access to the separate Blu restaurant which was excellent. Package also included classic drinks and WI FI, which were good value when compared to on board purchase. Had access to The Persian Garden spa, but as the itinerary was very busy only used this facility once. On board staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for you and as an American focused ship food was high quality and plentiful. Entertainment was good and the ships company singers and dancers were better than many we have seen before.

Staff truly amazing, they went above & beyond to help you, so polite & friendly. Great places to visit. Great food. Very clean everywhere. It would have been helpful to check in before we went & have the size & weight of luggage we could take.
Cruised on Celebrity Reflection. Overall it was very good, and good value for money. We were looked after well with the flights and transfers. Food was very good, but not excellent, some things they didn't get right. Drinks package could have been explained a bit better.
Second time on this ship. l love it and the cruise line. We try and use Celebrity most times for the wonderful ships ,lovely crew and great locations . And with great ease from Planet Cruise, who we always book with.
Reflection is a lovely ship and would highly recommend it, though ships tips/gratuities are fairly expensive at 29 dollars per day for 2 people, we had these taken off and tipped as and when we thought warranted and at the end of the cruise. Food and dining is very good with lots of choices and everything was delicious. Theatre entertainment was excellent, though other entertainment throughout the ship was under par on a lot of occasions. Room attendants and service staff are second to none and deserve a lot of praise, not only for the service they provide but also for their own entertainment. The hotel in New York was OK for a couple of nights, however, the bathroom was tiny. The time we spent in th city more than made up for this small disappointment, we purchased Explorer tickets at home beforehand, this saved us loads of money. The hotel in Miami was excellent as were the breakfasts but they do not evening meals. Transfers were all on time and all the vehicles and drivers were excellent. All in all this was a fantastic holiday that we would highly recommend. Thank you Planet Cruise.
Everything was perfect except that there should be more vegetarian and vegan choices. The food was mostly meat products. There should be some healthy options also.
Main dining room tables (for two) were too close together giving no privacy for conversation.

Everything was excellent except that we had advised Celebrity that we were cruising to celebrate our Golden Wedding and my 75 the birthday. We were advised that this would be noted on our booking but no one on Reflection knew anything about it. I telephoned Celebrity on my return and was told that unless these special occasions occurred during the cruise they would do nothing about them. I told them that we were disappointed with their explanation but was told that was the way they did things
