Exceptional service. Everything was meticulously planned and delivered seamlessly.

Top many extra cabins for the size of the ship i. e. too many people.

No toiletries in bathrooms. No chocolate on pillow. Entertainment seemed to be karaoke or pub quiz every day. Found it very hard to find a seat anywhere in the evening. Food ok but nothing special. Trying to get a table in buffet restaurant was a task in itself. Will stick with P and O in future. We had wind blowing through patio doors which we recorded because it howled so loud because there was no seal, so had 3 nights no sleep.

Did not go on any organised excursions and the price of alcoholic drinks was steep and not openly displayed.

As older people we made a mistake of booking when children were on half term. Very noisy, no quiet toom at all. Perhaps the deadline for younger passengers be earlier than 1:00am.

Our first cruise. Really enjoyed it, food was exellent.

Food in the Windjammer not too good but excellent in the main dining room. Didn’t go on any excursions. Always enjoy a Royal Caribbean cruise!

Service was very good. Hardly any excursions suitable for wheelchair so we arranged our own. Cost of drinks was very high. - even if you bought a drinks package - not many people are going to drink $77 in a day. The constant up selling was irritating. . As was asking for tips when we already had been given tips as part of our package. We found that other guests had paid a quarter of the price we paid, despite booking early. The food was mostly ok but we did have a risotto that was totally over cooked, bland and inedible. The show was good but spoilt by constant noise from other guests behind us. In a normal theatre, the staff would have dealt with that,We had booked to go on the escape room, but lack of maintenance meant that was not wheelchair accessible. We were then offered an alternative only to be told it was already full when we turned up.

My only problem with this cruise is the ever increasing applying of petty rules by RCI Miami which seems to get worse every cruise

It was a lovely ship. A bit too big for me but the staff were lovely, friendly and did all they could to resolve any issues. The activities and the entertainment were good too and the port visits fine.
