Very clean balcony cabin. Service excellent. Restaurant one of the best for choice of dishes & service. Excursions were very interesting & informative. Weather was fantastic & entertainment very good especially Elvis. Would definitely recommend this cruise.

We went to Madeira at Christmas time. It was a truly magical experience. The highlight of the cruise.

Ship nice and clean, very nicely decorated for Xmas. All the staff very good and always had a smile, and pleasant and wanted to do what they could to make your holiday a good one. Only one crew member was a problem in the restaurant, this was swiftly dealt with by Head Waiter.. Would recommend a Marella Cruise based on my experience .

Great ship with a fantastic crew and staff - it had a lovely atmosphere about it and we met some lovely people - would definitely like to sail on her again.

2 weeks well spent with lovely ports of call.

1st time on a Marella cruise and cannot fault the ship or staff as all excellent. I cannot comment on excursions as on this cruise we did not undertake them as we had on previous cruises visited some of the ports. The entertainment was of a fair standard but not really to my taste .The entertainment staff on board all worked hard to keep the guest entertained both during the day and also had some deck parties at night.

Wonderful cruise, excellent staff and service, beautiful theatre with great entertainment. Only downside was not being able to book the quality on board restaurants due to no vacancies.

We did the Adriatic cruise with Marella and it was fabulous.

An excellent cruse. The Marella Explorer is a relaxed ship with good food choices and plenty of space.
