Wow! What a big lovely modern designed ship. There are two decks for buffet. The food was great. The entertainment was great. I loved the light shows with the palms trees in the evening every hour.
Europa ship was amazing. We had a few chilled days as well as going off ship on planned excursions and walk offs on our own. Staff made our holiday, especially Deejay our waiter in the dinning room, and Ipunta and Hyatta? in the Liana bar. Always made time to speak and say hello without compromising on the service they provided. Randy our room attendant was very efficient and attention to detail was noted without having to ask for anything. Although I have mentioned staff individually, I would just like to say that all staff were friendly and all do a great job of looking after everything and everyone. Gold stars all round.
