I would like to thank before everything to Zaira, who keeps my room tidy, clean , and with a good smell, every day and everytime The buffet was amazing with huge variety of food, and always fresh. The service , amazing , and kind. The escursions , may improve and be more organized. I am thankful as well to swaleh , always ready to answer my questions about pools temperature , making feel guest confortable and safe. The entertainment is quite nice, and I was absolutely amazed by shows I have seen in the teathre by dancers and singers. I actually fell in love with the voice of the lady who was singing. It is just an amazing experience travelling with MSC, where you will feel welcomed, cared by the family environment and the extreme professionalism
A really enjoyable Cruise with fantastic Theatre shows with acrobatics, friendly staff and good choice of destinations, we were even lucky with the sunny weather. We especially liked the sports bar with friendly staff and really nice canopies. I celebrated my birthday whilst on board and the room steward created a lovely towel arrangement and band played Happy Birthday in one of the bars. The Cruise was good value for money. We had previously travelled with MSC and weren't that impressed but this Cruise was a huge improvement from 3 years ago.
The entertainment crew were Brilliant, They made every effort to make contact with everyone with a cheery wave and a laugh. The theatre shows in the evening were exceptional, very professional!
excellent family holiday the only issue was that the inside cabin was to small for a baby cot
Ship itself is ok food in restaurant was poor only warm when arrived with you. The entertainment wasn’t good either advertised as British acts but mainly opera singers.
Beautiful well organised and managed ship. Staff professional and friendly. Food good considering the amount of people they catered for. Really enjoyed the cruise.... can't wait for the next one.
Nice ship but the food was terrible. We didn't have one decent meal in 14 days on board. We completed the questionnaire that they gave us half way through the holiday & when we said the food & service in restaurant was below standard the head waiter came to see us. We told him the problems we had & the next morning when we went to breakfast he was waiting for us. The service & food was red hot but still nothing to write home about. Next day everything was back to normal. Usually when we cruise we never eat when we are off the ship, but this time we had no alternative. My husband said it was a waste of time going to the restaurant in the evening because we never really eat anything, we were only going in there because we didn't want to be rude to the couple on our table. If the food had been worth eating the cruise would have been good value because we were happy with everything else.
Couldn’t fault the ship service and food good .entertainment not as good as we would have liked but was just a matter of taste.the staff on board were very attentive and answered any questions when required. The transfers were organised and the ports of call were ok but not very big ports but enough to see and do,we visited Le Havre,La Coruna,Bilbao,Le Verdon sur mer ,Amsterdam and Hamburg Planet cruise were excellent organising everything and answered all my questions.
Les seuls points négatifs sont la barrière de la langue avec le personnel qui parle très peu l'anglais et encore moins le français. Il faut souligner également la mauvaise organisation du service photo car il faut chercher et fouiller soi-même pour retrouver ses photos. Un système de numéro distribué par les photographes serait plus pratique. Par ailleurs, pour les primo-croisiéristes, une réunion d'accueil pour expliquer le fonctionnement des différents services serait bien utile. En effet, arrivés sur le bâteau, nous n'avons été accueilli que par un serveur qui souhaitait à tout prix nous vendre un forfait boisson. Ensuite, nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver des réponses à toutes nos questions. Heureusement qu'à notre table du diner nous avions des croisiéristes d'expérience et qui était français. Autre point négatif, quand les animations ne nous correspondent pas et qu'il ne fait pas beau, les journées en mer peuvent paraître un peu longue sauf à avoir emporter un bon roman. Sinon, l'itinéraire était parfait avec des paysages magnifiques et des excursions très intéressantes et très bien organisées. Le personnel de service est adorable et aux petits soins avec nous. Nous ne regrettons pas cette expérience qui était nouvelle pour nous.
Ship beautiful, staff excellent our only criticism is the dining times and freedom dining was at a cost. We did find the daytime activities lacking to us Brits which was more geared to other countries, but only a minor point. Overall a good cruise.
