The cruise and the stay in Barcelona was great.
Very enjoyable cruise.
Enjoyable Cruise. Staff on ship very good. Overall couldn't fault the cruise.
My second cruise and second time on the Norwegian Epic, both have been on my own as a single passenger, and both have been excellent with good service, good facilities, good food and good excursions. Met lots of nice people on board and I'm completely bitten by the cruising bug and can't wait for the next one.
My first cruise and now I'm hooked, already looking for my next one.
The bar staff in the Waves bar were very friendly and helpful as was the dining staff in the Taste restaurant. The cabin was to a high standard and the steward was friendly and helpful.
First time on a Norwegian Line cruise and we were not disappointed the ship and all the facilities were excellent. There was plenty of restaurants to choose from with fabulous food in all of them. The staff were all excellent regardless of what area they were working in, they were always keen to help. All entertainment was top quality and lastly the ports of call were all great and it was easy to arrange your own trips at each stop.
Everything was great, my 2nd time on the NCL EPIC. My thanks to your booking agent Jerri Fiddler who arranged my whole trip. My only comment would be the embarkation - almost 3hrs to board from time of arrival at Port Canaveral due to lack of shore staff.
I feel Norwegian have a good product, but is far too expensive for what you get. Premium all inclusive unless you are a heavy drinker is a waste of money. At the time of booking, there was no other option. We had an ultimate bevarage package, but had to pay for freshly squeezed orange juice and milkshakes and only speciality coffees in restaurants. I am interested to know what NCL'S Definition of 'Ultimate' is. We have a similar cruise booked with Royal Caribbean, in peak season. Bringing on our own wine, the cruise will cost half the price of the Norwegian. The prices for the excursions, we're almost as much as the holiday again. We had a great time, but felt we should have paid much much less. In addition to this, they tried to charge us for using the mini bar. We didn't use the mini bar. We wouldn't dare. By the way, this is the first time I have had pre paid gratuities. This does not seem to motivate the staff to go the extra mile. Staff that know they have to earn their tips seem to try harder.
Excellent value for money Cruise, super staff and ship. The only change I would make is to add a hotel stay the night before the cruise, as it was a little stressful traveling on the day of the cruise as my flight was delayed by one hour.
