great holiday from hotel in venice to the norwegian escape then hotel in barcelona after cruise, all transfers well organised and on time. only problem we had was flight delayed from edinburgh by over an hour we arrived in munich after 10pm and every where was shut our transfer was 9,45. finally found where flight flying from and by pure luck flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours. Would like to thank paul bowley our planet cruise cosultant who was always at the end of the phone to help with every queery we had. will def use planet cruise again in near future
Cabin was comfortable, would have liked tea and coffee in tge room. Dining was very good , liked the any time dining, never had to queue. Entertainment was very poor, very second rate, apart from the Choirmen show. Cabin was comfortable but would have liked a kettle and tea & coffee.
I have nothing bad to say about our cruise! The staff so friendly, the food and variety was fab. Entertainment was brill. The excursions very well organised. My only criticism is that things like bowling, pool table, darts, arcades etc are extremely overpriced!! A game of pool was €3.50!!
Great food - the best of the cruises we have been on. Loved the adults only Spice H20 deck area. Cabin slightly smaller than we've experienced before. Wonderfully cheerful crew.
Excellent service, efficient and friendly crew, High standards of cleanliness wherever you went on the ship, Food excellent in all dining outlets. Officers interacting with guests on a daily basis was lovely to see, Entertainment was very good and the itinerary was amazing, Cabin was spotless and in very good condition. Out of 33 sailings, can honestly say this was up there in my top 5, Thank you to all crew members on the Escape, you truly are fantastic,
The only downside was that it took 3 hours to go through embarkation due to the covid testing chaos at the port, but otherwise we had a fantastic time on the Norwegian Escape. Great ship, crew, food & itinerary.
The ship, service recieved are excellent couldn't ask for more. Intinary are packed with mamorable and interesting moments at shores and on board.
We had a wonderful, fantastic and awesome time on the Escape. Packed with interesting hisiorical ports, Towns and Museums. Full of Fun and activities on board if prefer not to go on shore. We surely had memorable moment and we rate the trip 💥💥💥💥💥💥. The captain and every member of crews are pleasant, polite and exceptional in there various inputs various task. We'll ensure to recommend planet cruise and the NCL to family and friends. We'll definitely be in touch for our next destination in the near future.!!
