Norwegian Jewel reviews

First time in Japan/South Korea and this package was literally life changing. Every little detail, even the transfers were amazing. Even arriving at the hotel in Seoul, we were upgraded for free from the hotel so even got free lounge access with the room. I've already been telling everyone all about the trip and recommend if they were to travel around Japan, then this would be the way to go for excellent value for money.

Food was good. Cabin was good, and bed was excellent. Ship was clean. Staff were good. Specialty restaurants were excellent.

We were generally disappointed with the cruise, the excursions were poor and were expensive The food on board was repetitive. The entertainment was not as good as we have experienced on NCL cruises in the recent past. We found the cruise expensive in comparison with previous ones.

Awesome ports of call!! Cruising under the Golden Gate Bridge going into San Francisco was an experience that will live with us for a long time. Norwegian are our cruise line of choice and we have taken advantage of the next cruise program. Looking forward to our next trip!

The cruise was excellent, however there were always problems with excursions for independents as the tenders were always given priority to people who booked with the cruise liner. little unfair.

Overall the holiday in OZ And NZ was a fabulous experience. Glen arranged it all excellently with all our flights spot on. Unfortunately the transfer at Sydney airport on arrival was appalling with a very long delay. We sailed around NZ on the Norwegian jewel, unfortunately the weather was not too good and we had to change cabin twice as a loose lifeboat kept us awake. Service on the Norwegian jewel was excellent with the exception of reception area but eventually they got all sorted out. Food was really lovely with a great selection. Glen selected some great hotels for us which helped make our month long holiday a time to remember. Thank you Glen for your time and effort. Really enjoyed the cruise, food was good and service from all the staff was excellent. Itinerary was amazing.

We loved every minute. NCL premium all inclusive is great, no worries about tipping or the drinks bill. Brilliant itinerary, 10 days from Sydney to Melbourne, Adelaide, Kangaroo island, Tasmania then returning to Sydney.
