Nightmare from start to finish, over charged on account, could not book dining time, unable to book show times as meals and shows booked prior to cruise, was unable to book anything prior to cruise and flight back was awful. Going to cancel cruise booked for May next year with company.
Overall we had an excellent cruise, plenty to do on the ship, we could not fault the food exceptional wherever you went. We had one bad excursion (the 4 x 4 excursion in St Martins). We had an inside cabin which was un-inspiring with the smallest bathroom we have ever had - a bit of a surprise on such a modern ship. That said we did not spend much time in the room. We booked the hop on hop off tour in Miami as our flight was not until the evening, thought we could do just the one tour but found we could go on any of the tours throughout the day. The bus terminus was right by the Marina with shopping centre and restaurants so all good. Overall no issues for us excellent ship, good service, great time.
This was my first cruise. I enjoyed every moment of the cruise. Service off and on board was efficient.
