A very good experience. My first trip on a cruise ship and very satisfactory stay. Staff very good and the boat was brilliant.
overall Service was excellent. The food and service in main dining was excellent.
it was all good, we enjoyed every bit of it. Everything Planet Cruise arranged for us fell in to place and we are pleased with the way everything turned out.
It was great the whole package just so much to fit in on a short space of time. Ship was lovely and friendly too much to do which is a good thing, time to relax or join in the house us yours. Great holiday well planned and thank you to Jade for sorting this out.
There were Five other ships in the Alaska area which created congestion in some areas, otherwise everything OK
Everything was great.Beds incredibly comfortable.delicious desserts.kept informed about the scenery as we travelled.I would recommend everyone do Alaska at sometime.The only problem we had was with taxi not turning up but all well in the end .The Pan Pacific was very good.
We both loved the Ruby Princess, we had an inside cabin which was comfortable, clean and tidy our cabin steward was great very helpful, we used the buffet for our meals good variety and very clean, plenty to do and see on ship, but we spent a lot of time on deck whale watching etc and saw loads, we enjoyed all the places we visited on the itinerary, did the train from Skagway to white pass & Yukon route, saw brown bear and scenery was brilliant, sailed glacier bay beautiful place, we had Michael Modzelewski a naturalist and writer on board doing talks etc. Pre cruise, Chicago FAB,2 nights on Amtrak train ALL the train crew were brilliant, Seattle FAB, THANK YOU PLANET CRUISE FOR A FABULOUS HOLIDAY XX.
