Easy to book with Planet Cruise. We had a very helpful person dealing with our telephone booking. Excellent service from Planet Cruise.

Ship was ok. Bathroom needs updating. Excursions we went in were in total ok but a wider variety especially for less mobile people. This especially for this ship as adults only and majority of passengers older and loots of disabled in wheelchairs etc. All staff were excellent and helped make the cruise restful and enjoyable. First cruise from Southampton and found boarding very easy and disembarking very quick. It beats flying and long airport waiting.

Everything was between very good and excellent. The only issue we had was being allocated to a dining slot where we ate alone, rather than the free dining we had requested.

Everything about the cruise was grear we spent 40 days on Arcadia the ports were great but as for the ship it was wonderful crew staff in the buffet but we were also privalidge to see the debut performance of the clockwork circus by headliners and it was brilliant 100 out of 100 for the whole cruise

It is the 3rd time that my wife and I have been on this cruise and we picked it not only for the itinerary but also that the Arcadia is an adult only ship. This may sound as though we do not like children and this is not the case however at our time of life we love the peace and quiet along with the sounds of the sea. The entertainment is good but we have had better on other cruise lines. The excursions are good but very expensive . Activities did not do a lot but it was enjoyable watching others enjoying themselves. The service is always second to none on every ship of P&O. The cabins are always spacious and the balcony is large enough to have an enjoyable time if you wish to have a quiet time in the sun. The cabin steward was superb the cabin was always clean and the bed was made twice a day.

Ship not as well matained as last one, long queues to board after excursion as only 1 ramp on. Not easy for wheelchairs.

The cruise was very good overall. We found the food at times very disappointing both in quality and quantity, the exception to this was Sindhu restaurant where the food was superb and service excellent. The excursions were the highpoint of the cruise All arrangements made by Planet Cruise (flights, transfers and hotels) were excellent,
