Was ok. I didn’t like the fact that the dining booking app did not work and had to wait ages for our meals after trying to book unsuccessfully The entertainment was a bit poor Overall had a good holiday

The ship needs to be refurbished and layout rethought to maximize the experience for it's guests.

A nice cruise with a good itinerary. Good food, staff and excellent entertainment. Only did a couple of shore excursions, as been to most of the ports before. Santorinini, which should have been a lovely trip, was far too overcrowded, as there were 4 cruise ships in, totalling over 12, 000 people. Would certainly not recommend a shore excursion there.

Had a really good holiday and the service from the whole staff was very good especially the cabin steward

We were very satisfied with the cruise and facilities available on board the ship. Port days were very well organised. Both the buffet and restaurant served amazing meals and were very well presented.

Our second cruise on Azura and it was brilliant once again! The staff are so accommodating and make everyone of their guests feel special. We all love Neil the Captain who makes you feel at home. We all looked forward to his daily announcements which were entertaining to say the least! The only thing we feel would improve the ship is to have water fountains on more floors to enable guests to refill their water bottles, as when it’s hot, it’s a trek up to deck 15. Can’t wait to book another cruise 🥰🛳

Food and Service exceptional, cannot wait to book again. Word of caution - Flight with BA was hugely delayed, we are complaining.

Good value for money.
