The ship is obviously brand new but there were quite a few faults, in our eyes ! The toilets were few and far between. Generally the ship was cold. The swimming pool is a waste of time, it holds a max of 18 people and it’s more like a foot bath. The music was too loud in all areas. The staff, with a few exceptions were not at all well informed about anything on the ship. Customer services didn’t have a clue
We loved the service and itinerary, they really couldn’t have done more to improve. Food was OK… steak and fish were best we’ve had but other items could be a bit “meh” we were told by other cruisers that the ships new team were working on getting things better in some dining areas. Never a problem making a reservation and the ship was at full capacity.
