Crew all very friendly and professional. Design and general layout not as passenger friendly as the Queen Mary.
Captain said welcome on board the beautiful queen Anne , she is and she provides a wonderful holiday , very clean , classy , wonderful theatre, great shows and lectures, was it a helicopter or just some lights on a pole , it felt like a real train , food , great choice , restaurant bit slow for service and too cold , nice wintery weather, great value holiday.
