Ship itself was beautiful. . . food however mediocre and service in main restaraunt very poor with food being served cold. . . staff were ok . but clearly favoured large tables and left us small group ages waiting for service . main reason for low rating is they gave us wrong disembarkation time despite us checking twice. . . hence missed transfer bus when we approached customer service staff they were the most miserable staff ever met could not see how stressed we were no apologies or reassurance at all . . they did arrange alternate transfer but customer service diabolical . . . definately will not travel with Msc again
