We were on MSC Lirica from Dubai and around the Emirates. What fantastic cruise .For 2 days before we stayed in the Atlantis Palms. What a hotel, 7 stars, we were treated like royalty and also the aquarium and aquar park was included in the the cost of the holiday with all transfers included in chauffeur driven limousines. It’s the best holiday I’ve ever had. I don’t think I will ever have one better and value for money
The experience was very good. The ship was good and the service was good. Only criticism I have is at dinner there wasn’t enough choice. The excursions were very expensive for what they were.
Amazing itinerary which we enjoyed very much, however we have never on previous cruises with other companies had to pay for transfer transport in ports. We also found the cabin smaller than we are used to, however it was spotlessly clean and the young man who serviced our cabin was a joy to know, polite and so so helpful and kept our cabin sparkling. Although not all staff were so accommodating. The leisure Activities Co-ordinator was down right rude when we questioned simply why we couldn't play minigolf between 12.30 and 3pm. Also a young man at Guest Services was also rude and unwilling to listen however this matter was quickly resolved by a senior member of staff who admitted she was embarrassed by how her colleague had spoken to us.This was our eighth cruise and we have never before had any reason to complain about the ability or attitude of staff on board.
Overall the cruise experience was very good. The entire staff and crew were approachable, friendly and helpful. I would surely recommend everyone going on a cruise at least once and MCS cruise line is recommended. The excursions planned were good, and even if you choose not to do any while at port there was a lot of things to do. Please advice customers if they have dietary requirements this need to be stated at booking so as when they are on board they are catered for.
