No matter the time of day or night, your gastronomic needs are well taken care of onboard MSC Musica. The ship’s main dining rooms are Le Maxim’s and L’Oleandro, both of which serve lunch as well as the evening meal. Each offers a tempting array of dishes impeccably prepared and presented, with a range of traditional Italian and international options.
MSC Musica is packed from bow to stern with a great variety of amenities, activities and entertainment venues. All manner of activities are on offer during the day, including cooking demonstrations, wine-tasting sessions and dance lessons. At night, the ship is just as lively, with the casino, theatre and night club-style dance venues providing fun and entertainment.
MSC Musica has plenty of bars and lounges for you to explore, offering evenings of relaxation with friends or opportunities to let your hair down in one of the onboard nightclubs.
Our cruise on the MSC Musica was excellent. The ship is stunning, and definitely one of our favorites. We flew on British airways to Rio de Janeiro, and stayed in a lovely hotel facing the Copacobana beach, unbelievably good! Food at this hotel is Great not good, the breakfasts are to die for- nothing is left off the menu, with 12 juices to start and everything you could want to eat for all nationalities. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished with a lovely bathroom. We stayed here about four days before departing on the MSCMusica for four more ports in Brazil, all good, but some better than others! Then we departed from our last port of call, over the Atlantic Ocean with stops on the way back in Canaries, Madeira, a few places in Spain, Malta, Kotor in Montenegro, and then onto Venice where we disembarked and flew home. Our only dissapoitment were the transfers both in Rio, and coming back from the ship to the airport in Cenice. The transfers need to be re-organized so that we are not left waiting over and hour to get to our next place, whether it be airport or hotel. This cruise was one of our best, and both my partner and I would love to do it again. Extremely good value for money!!
Excellent cruise overall. The countries visited were excellent and the service on the ship outstanding. Constructive comments include the following. The buffet restarant too busy at peak times and could not get a table. The shower in the bathroom had mould in it. The food on gala night which we paid extra for was disappointing. Otherwise everything else was first class
We were both very impressed with MSC and the Musica, excellent value for money. The all-inclusive drinks package was really worthwhile even for me (Lynne) I am not a big drinker. The staff were very helpful and the service was very good. It was a shame that the only speciality restaurant was a sushi. It was difficult to comment on the entertainment and activities as we did not take part. Chairs were needed on the prom deck for people who did not want to sit by the pool which could be noisy at times. Our holiday also included hotel stays and a train journey. The organisation of this part of the holiday was excellent, the two hotels were very good and so was the train journey. The transfers were very well organised, all arrived on time and we were impressed with the drivers and cars. Thank you planet cruise, we rate you 5* for the organisation of this holiday. This was our second cruise with you and we have three more booked and we have also recommended you to others.
