MSC Preziosa

Italian-owned MSC Cruises specialises in Mediterranean cruising, and is now the third largest cruise company in the world, with a sixteen strong fleet.  MSC Cruises' ships belong to four classes – Lirica, Musica, Fantasia and Seaside Class. Cruising from Southampton, this fantastic ship offers no fly cruises to exciting destinations such as Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, taking the stress out of heading off on holiday.

Lirica class consists of MSC Lirica, Armonia, Opera and Sinfonia, carrying 2000 guests. Musica consists of MSC Musica, Orchestra, Poesia and Magnifica and holds 1268 passengers. Finally, Fantasia class consists of MSC Fantasia, Splendida, Divina and Preziosa, and are the largest of the fleet, holding 3900 passengers and boasting extra amenities.

Preziosa offers sophisticated cruising, with crystal-studded stairs and white marble floors setting a stylish and attractive scene. Facilities include but are not limited to, 5 restaurants, 21 bars, an infinity pool and whirlpools, plus plenty of ways to keep active both mentally and physically.

For an exclusive experience, consider cruising with the MSC Yacht Club. This is a unique and incredible service with which guests can enjoy a great number of added benefits during their holiday. These include a 24 hour butler and concierge service, the opportunity to arrange private shopping - including the option to view jewellery in your suite - and bespoke excursions. Those cruising at this level will also have access to exclusive areas such as The One Sun Deck and Top Sail Lounge, in which there are panoramic views, a fabulous restaurant, private pool, and whirlpools.

Food on board is superb, boasting 3 main restaurants and 2 specialty options. From quality Italian charcuterie to freshly baked bread, you will be experiencing a true taste of the Mediterranean.

It also features the first ever Eataly restaurants at sea, along with a magnificent all-day menus, pizzeria and American-style diner.

There are great amenities, facilities and entertainment opportunities that all the family can enjoy from the word go – The Sailaway Party is led by the dancing troupe, and is a great way to start your holiday. After that, families will probably head straight to the many pools whilst the kids play on the longest body waterslide at sea or in the kids aqua park.

For those wanting to keep in shape, there are a variety of activities held throughout the day. Take an aerobics, Zumba, pilates or Aquagym class, or take part in a sports tournament. Here you can challenge guests on their skills in the basketball court, on the football field or tennis/volleyball courts. Along with this, there’s opportunities to play mini golf, bowling, table tennis and table football.

At night, you can be sure to be kept entertained in the broadway-style theatre and entertainment lounges. Take part in the MSC Factor, romance a loved one with Romeo and Juliet night, or take part in a plethora of fun interactive quizzes. Feeling lucky? Check out the full-gaming Casino.

Interested in a more laid back style of entertainment? There will be swing bands and string quartets playing in the many lounges.
