Right from the get go children and families are well kept after on MSC Preziosa, with evening entertainment including quizzes and outstanding productions for the family to get lost in. There is also a kids club bursting with fun activities for your children to get stuck into.
When it comes to swimming onboard MSC Preziosa, families will probably head straight to the many pools whilst the kids play on the longest body water slide at sea or in the kids aqua park. Though if you are looking for something more relaxed there are also plenty of hot tubs.
Food onboard MSC Preziosa is superb, boasting 3 main restaurants and 2 specialty options. From quality Italian charcuterie to freshly baked bread, you will be experiencing a true taste of the Mediterranean.
"There are great amenities, facilities and entertainment opportunities that all the family can enjoy from the word go onboard MSC Preziosa – The Sailaway Party is led by the dancing troupe, and is a great way to start your holiday. At night, you can be sure to be entertained in the broadway-style theatre and entertainment lounges. "
"With 21 bars to choose from onboard MSC Preziosa, you’ll be spoilt for choice on which to visit first. Each having their own unique personality and feel to them can make sure that whatever you are looking for, whether it is a quiet day with a book or an active evening on the dance floor, that you are covered for it. Dining: food often cool-tepid, also had to be returned 4 times as it was not edible unless you had the jaws of a crocodile. It did improve the last 4 days of our cruise. I didn't take kindly having to pay for water when restaurant dining, past cruise a jug of iced water is always provided. Transport from ship to town (to dock gates or where about) very, very expensive. Last time I was in Marseille there was a free shuttle bus, MSC charged €16.99pp. Thank god it was raining. Barcelona was €9.99 although local transport was €4. There were problems for other passengers. Not one person I talked to would return to MSC.
The provision of kosher meals was appalling. MSC seemed to have gone for the cheapest and poorest. it was disgusting. Certainly no luxury cruise. Not even a glass of water with meals free, truly a very bad service. only reason I used MSC is that it did many of the islands I wanted .Ship was fine but my cabin window overlooked the top of lifeboat .Staff were good but its MSC organisation that was poor.no help with luggage and on registration waited 1/2 for bell boy to take luggage to room. reception very unhelpful.
Fabulous cruise ship is amazing, staff and food excellent, never seen a ship so clean, standards were top notch.
I didn't use cruise excursions, I traveled on my own. I knew the area and was better on my own. I didn't like opening time for kids 0-3years. Was not enough 2h a day, I needed longer time and different hours. Everything else was perfect.
