Embarkation was very organised and we were on board within 20 mins. MSC Preziosa is a beautiful ship with great facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Food in both restaurant and dining room was very good. We had the premium drinks package which was part of our package price and really pleased with the choice of drinks. Can't wait to do another one!

First MSC cruise since lockdown. Very impressed everything went off as before, no problems.
Dining: food often cool-tepid, also had to be returned 4 times as it was not edible unless you had the jaws of a crocodile. It did improve the last 4 days of our cruise. I didn't take kindly having to pay for water when restaurant dining, past cruise a jug of iced water is always provided. Transport from ship to town (to dock gates or where about) very, very expensive. Last time I was in Marseille there was a free shuttle bus, MSC charged €16.99pp. Thank god it was raining. Barcelona was €9.99 although local transport was €4. There were problems for other passengers. Not one person I talked to would return to MSC.
