Norwegian Bliss, aptly named after the idyllic experiences planned for anyone set to cruise onboard, Norwegian Cruise Line's newest Breakaway Class ship will be joining NCL as the sister to Norwegian Escape.
One of the largest ships in the fleet, Norwegian Bliss is custom built so that you can make the most of the destinations you sail to. Featuring the revolutionary Observation Lounge offering panoramic views, NCL want you to imagine the sights that you will soak in, like when you spot a bald eagle soar over a glacier as you explore the wilds of Alaska, or a pod of dolphins as you're on your way to paradise in the Caribbean. With the design work led by Wyland, the world's leading marine life artist, the ship will include beautiful marine life paintings, sculptures and murals.
During summer 2018, Norwegian Bliss will homeport in Seattle for her inaugural season which will consist of weekly Alaska cruises, with ports of call including Skagway, Victoria, Ketchikan, Juneau and the Alaskan Inside Passage. Come winter, she will set sail to Miami where she will homeport for cruises to the Eastern Caribbean, with itinerary highlights including the Bahamas, US Virgin Islands and British Virgin Islands.
