Customer reviews for Norwegian Viva
Good experience overall but disappointed with the cost of shuttle buses at a number of locations.
Badly designed atrium, not enough seating and divided into small spaces so only a few people can sit when activities are going on. Very limited selection buffet and food court does not offer a daily variety so selection gets stale.
The best cruise ship we have been on. Obviously with it being a new ship everything was in pristine condition but the new layout for Prima class ships is excellent. Outdoors was spacious and the infinity pool and surrounding seating was really good. We didn't once need to go to the pool area (which is usually quite crowded) as there was always plenty of seating on deck 7. The bars were very good but the complimentary restaurants, especially the Indulge Food Hall and the I pad ordering system. We also celebrated my birthday in Cagneys Steak House with a really nice meal. all in all an excellent cruise
